This policy explains what information CANNA (“we”, “us”) collects through canna.day, how we use it and the choices you have. The site is a wholesale catalog for licensed California cannabis businesses and is intended only for adults 21 and older.

Who operates this site

canna.day is operated by the holder of California Department of Cannabis Control license C9-0000820-LIC, Los Angeles, CA 90038. You can verify the license at the DCC license search. Questions: (323) 767-0707.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier.
• Wholesale request details: contact name, business name, phone number, delivery address, preferred call time, the products and quantities you request, and any promo code or deal you apply.
• Newsletter: the business email you submit to join our list.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request information used to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated sign-in attempts).

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your account, and a temporary cookie used during Google sign-in. Your cart, favorites and notification preferences are saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account.
• To review your wholesale request, call you to confirm availability, final pricing and delivery, and to fulfill confirmed orders.
• To keep records required for licensed cannabis commerce in California, including tax and compliance records.
• To send product releases and wholesale updates if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To protect the site, our partners and our customers from fraud and misuse.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver orders (such as hosting, delivery and communication providers), when required by law or by state cannabis regulators, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If you use Google sign-in, Google’s own privacy policy also applies to that step.

How long we keep information

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can update the details used for your requests at any time by entering new ones in the request form. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may ask what categories of information we have collected and why. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as salted hashes and limit access to personal information to people who need it to process orders. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use a strong password that you do not reuse elsewhere.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
