These terms apply to your use of canna.day and to wholesale requests you send through it. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

Who operates this site

canna.day is operated by the holder of California Department of Cannabis Control license C9-0000820-LIC, Los Angeles, CA 90038. You can verify the license at the DCC license search. Questions: (323) 767-0707.

Who may use the site

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• The catalog is intended for licensed California cannabis businesses and their authorized representatives. By sending a request you confirm that you are authorized to place it on behalf of your business and that your business holds the licenses required to purchase these products.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account.

Wholesale requests are not final orders

A request sent through the site is an offer to buy, not a completed purchase. No payment is collected online. Our wholesale team will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, taxes and delivery. An order becomes binding only after we confirm it with you.

Prices, minimums and taxes

• Prices shown are per unit and depend on the quantity of each product (for example 20, 30, 50 or 100+ units). The minimum is 20 units per product.
• Totals shown on the site, including excise and sales tax, are estimates. Final amounts are confirmed before your order is fulfilled.
• Deals and promo codes are subject to their stated conditions and dates, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• We may correct errors in prices, descriptions or availability, even after a request is sent.

Products and compliance

All products are sold only in compliance with California law and the rules of the Department of Cannabis Control, including tracking, testing, packaging and labeling requirements. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may differ. Potency figures are based on testing for the batch shown and may vary between batches.

Delivery and acceptance

Delivery dates and terms are agreed when your order is confirmed. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report any shortage or damage to our wholesale team as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: do not submit false information, attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorized to use, interfere with the site’s operation, or copy our content, images or branding without permission.

Intellectual property

The CANNA name, logo, product names, photos and site content belong to CANNA or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, CANNA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
